Becoming a Business Analyst within Capita Health and Welfare - PIP DWPAbout the role:As a Business Analyst you will serve as the liaison between the customer community, the business and the technical development team. This person will be responsible for eliciting, analysing, validating, specifying, verifying, and managing the business needs of the project stakeholders, including customers, the business and end users.
