If this is relevant for you, just let your recruiter knowwhen you make your application.Your roleYou will work with a variety of colleagues across the NSE organisation, to understand their business and develop business cases that enable success in the market and make our firm a great place to work. You will sit at the heart of the NSE demand managementprocess and will work closely with other senior members of the NSE Business Design team, alongside NSE PMO and other stakeholders across Technology and Digital Services.Specific responsibilities include:

  • Work with business and IT colleagues, to understand our business, creating views that align with our business architecture approach.
  • Guide Business Design Analysts to create business cases, upon request, to support new business initiatives.
  • Create roadmaps that ensure we are effectively resourced and setting stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage demands for new initiatives, capturing all required information to enable effective decision making.
  • Support NSE Digital Adoption Director to source new resources as required, dependent upon demand.
  • Support the NSE Digital Adoption Director to develop and manage an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.

  • Demonstrable experience in a Business Analysis and/or Business Architecture role.
  • Stakeholder management skills, with gravitas to gain credibility and trust with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation, with the ability to challenge where required.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, present and challenge complex information working with colleagues across all levels of the firm.
  • A strong "can do" attitude with an ability to motivate colleagues to do the same.
  • A role model as a team player with an ability to work collaboratively and positively with others in an open, friendly, flexible and facilitating manner.
  • Confident and comfortable to work under pressure and manage a number of tasks simultaneously.
  • Desire to both develop individually and support the Digital Adoption Director to continually review and develop team methodology and ensure a positive perception and brand for the team.
