Job Description

Role Introduction The Bid Manager is responsible for working with the Sales team to manage, co-ordinate, and cross check responses to formal bids the company is engaged within. The Bid Manager also will make daily checks on tender registers for new opportunities and managethe distribution and follow up of those opportunities. What You Will Do

  • Managing all aspects of Bids including writing some bid responses.
  • Responding to Bids, ITTs, RFPs, RFQs PQQs etc. across all functions of Advanced including, but not limited to, Education, Legal, HCM, ITO, AppMod and all other group bids.
  • You will also be supporting the implementation and adoption of any new technology introduced to our bids team and occasionally the wider Sales Enablement team.
  • Ensure the presentation of the document is in line with company branding and standards and presents our best response possible.
  • Ensure documents are returned to the customer on time and compliant with their rules.
  • Provide reporting to stakeholders on bid progress.
  • Ensure all follow up communications are distributed and keep track of progress.
  • Working with our colleagues in the US and also supporting our ITO and AppMod businesses.
What You Will Have
  • Significant experience of working within the Sales Function of a business of equivalent size.
  • A full understanding of the bids and tenders cycle.
  • Experienced in stakeholder management at all levels of the organisation.
