My client, a growing technology company is seeking a Bid Coordinator to join their team. This role is full time, permanent and would suit a bid professional with up to 12 months experience who would like a clear progression route into bid management, ora recent graduate with a relevant degree (English, Creative Writing, Journalism etc) who is looking to break into bids. This role will be hybrid.About the roleYou will be responsible for keeping the bid function documents up to date, ensuring the bid library has the correct and relevant information and completing pre-qualification questionnaires. You will also build and manage internal relationships. As this is anew role for the business, you will work closely with the head of bids and a newly appointed bid manager, supporting them throughout all stages of the bid process. This is a great opportunity for someone to shadow experienced bid professionals, learning onthe job whilst developing their skills to eventually move into a bid manager role.About youMy client is open to candidates with up to 1 years’ experience who are willing to learn and develop, someone who has done a bit of bids as part of a wider role and wants bidding to be their sole focus, or a recent graduate who has a desire to build a careerwithin bids.
