Job Opportunity: BI AnalystLocation: Birmingham/Hybrid (2x a week in the office)Salary: £35-45kBenefits

They require an inquisitive thinker who is charismatic and thrives dealing with senior stakeholders.Working alongside other Analysts in the team, this role will involve the manipulation and analysis of data using SQL and Tableau to support decision-making at all levels within the business.Key Requirements
  • Strong understanding of both SQL and Tableau
  • 3+ years experience
  • Advanced Excel literate
  • Microsoft Azure experience (desirable)
  • Have an analytical mind and problem-solve well
  • Able to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders across the business
  • Excellent attention to detail
Roles & ResponsibilitiesThis role requires a skilled Data Analyst who is able to analyse complex data as well as communicate effectively with stakeholders and build relationships. There will be a strong emphasis on gathering and understanding stakeholder requirements, followedby designing and constructing analytical solutions to meet their needs.Key duties include:
  • Integration of diverse datasets for reporting and analysis
  • Maintaining Quality Assurance standards for reported content
  • Analysing and comparing datasets using SQL
  • Visualising and presenting results through Tableau
  • Generating, validating, compiling, and analysing operational/financial data
