Youll be someone who is both comfortable working proactively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and BDOs partners to help businesses effectively. Youllbe encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to organisations we work with. As an Assistant Manager youll support the delivery of our IT Risk Advisory engagements with a focus on quality and client centricity. Your role will include process and control optimisation engagements. Youll leverage an understanding of ERP enabled businessprocesses (i.e. P2P, O2C, H2R, R2R) and data analytics to understand business operations and identify opportunities. Youll f acilitate client workshops and assist in root causes. Youll be someone with

• A strong understanding and working knowledge of IT Governance, IT General Controls and emerging IT risks / trends;
• Experience of managing small teams and working collaboratively with leadership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to produce proposals/reports with fluency in English
• A passion for supporting the development of self and others;
• An ability to build sustainable relationships and networks
• Prior consulting /advisory experience and an ability to manage time and priorities to deliver several engagements simultaneously
