Job Description

Our Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) service acts as an extension of our clients recruitmentteam and provides professional interim solutions and temporary resources.Our client, Deutsche Bank, is a global banking business with strong roots in Germany and operations in over 70 countries. Their large but focused footprint gives them an established position in Europe plus a significant presence in the Americas and AsiaPacific. Deutsche Bank offer their clients commercial and investment banking, retail banking and transaction banking as well as ground-breaking asset and wealth management products and services.On behalf of Deutsche Bank, AMS are now looking for a Background Screening Case Manage to work in their Internal Screening team based in Birmingham on a PAYE basis. The role is hybrid with two days per week working in the office.Overview:The successful candidate will be vetting any permanent employees coming into the Bank, and will be coordinating the screening process with an external vendor.Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of screening cases, working within policy, process and guidelines
  • Ensure issues are escalated as appropriate to management and business accordingly
  • Co-ordinate and present escalation cases to the Hiring Adjudication Panel on a weekly basis
  • Resolve issues with screening cases by effectively communicating with Managers, Recruiters and Candidates
  • Ensure issues are dealt with efficiently with third parties in order to close background screening cases
  • Ensure that all reporting requirements are met and delivered by agreed deadlines
  • Identify, analyse and address areas for improvements and/or amendments
