Automation Tester - Job OpportunityRole: Automation Tester Salary: £45,000 - £65,000Location: RemoteOur market leading client is looking to recruit an experienced Automation Tester.You will be responsible for building automation tests from scratch. Starting with taking the clients existing manual regression pack into automated tests following an agreed test strategy. Automation Tester Skills / Background -* SQL, Python & JavaScript* Testing frameworks: Either pytest and/or cypress* REST API Testing* Previous experience testing AWS infrastructure and services.* API Gateway, Lambda, RedShift, DynamoDB, CloudWatch.* Testing in an Agile environment.* Testing in a Sprint/Scrum/Kanban environment.* Automation frameworks, including Selenium WebDriver.* Test management tools and systems - such as JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr.Automation Tester Role Responsibilities -* Deployments into QA environments as part of the CICD process* Provide support on automation of new features and functionality* Extend and develop new tests* Contributing improvement to existing test frameworks* Development of additional system stubs* Identify, investigate and resolve issues* Create test reports for stakeholders* Perform component testing on a variety of AWS services and functions.Company Benefits -* 25 days holiday + bank holidays* Discretionary Bonus* Remote with visits to either the Wrexham or London office on occasion* Life Insurance / Private Medical Insurance (including dental and optical)* Pension* Free breakfast and drinks* Monthly social events.* Internal and external training and development, supporting both personal and business developmentThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with a really exciting business who are at the forefront of its industry.
