Position: Associate Director - Leverage Finance Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + bonus + benefitsLocation: Birmingham / Midlands Future - find are currently working with a leading Challenger Bank to recruit an Associate Director position within their Midlands team. Our client is an entrepreneurial funder looking to engage with an experienced professional that has direct transaction experience for business finance deals - particularly across Leveraged Finance / Senior Debt for MBOs & Acquisition Financing, but with some experience of Asset-Based transactions too.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with clients to manage deals through to execution, but is also open and interested in developeing a business development / deal origination skill set.The ideal candidate will have pre-existing experience within Lev-Fin in the mid-market space. We are looking for someone with deal exposure across the following lending products:
