Are you a dynamic manager with a passion for luxury watches An unparalleled opportunity awaits you as we seek an Assistant Store Manager for a renowned store in Birmingham specializing in high-end timepieces.*Job Purpose*As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall store management, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities include managing daily operations, motivating the team, and contributingto the achievement of store goals.*Responsibilities*

  • Assist in the effective management of daily store operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and contribute to the achievement of sales goals.
  • Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to drive sales and meet/exceed store targets.
  • Ensure the stores visual merchandising is aligned with brand standards and enhances the overall customer experience.
  • Utilize omni-channel tools to enhance productivity and meet customer needs across various channels.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and proactively address opportunities for improvement.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring effective communication within the team.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting brand values and ensuring adherence to company standards.
*Knowledge and Skills*
  • Passion for luxury watches and accessories, with a solid understanding of market trends.
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive a high-performance team.
