Job Description

Summary Were looking for someone to join our portfolio to help support the day-to-day operation and help us to deliver exceptional experiences, to everyone, every time.The role will be vital in providing support for the members of the property leadership team which will involve answering internal and external queries, working with our finance and procurement systems to make purchases for the property, minute taking atmeetings, and volunteer administration. Youll be working across all aspects of our portfolio from the facilities team, the operations team, the collections team and the rangersin doing so youll get to know how our places tick and become knowledgeablein our daily operation. You may be meeting contractors at the Back to Backs one day, supporting volunteerrecruitment at the Roundhouse another, and then assisting our rangers from Clent the nextan extremely varied administration role that is not constrained to a desk 9-5.Youll be responsible for the administration of the portfolio; managing property email inboxes, cash handling procedures, soft facilities management and volunteer documentation. Youll need to have a keen eye for detail as you will be supporting the teamin completing and ensuring compliance paperwork is kept up to date.Excellent service standards will be at the heart of what we do, whether that is external service to visitors or internal service to other members of staffyou may be organising room bookings or talks or helping to facilitate offsite meetings.
