Job Description

With 20 offices in 19 countries, and just over 1,000 colleagues, we are a truly integrated team dedicated to connecting the customer experience and eliminating silos.Overview:Working with the Executive Creative Director and wider agency teams - you will be responsible for developing creative concepts for ATL and digital channels, providing art direction and briefs for the retouching and artwork teams.

  • You will be highly competent in Art Directing Retouchers, Photographers and Designers;
  • Have a thorough understanding of photography, design for ATL and digital platforms;
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • work well as part of a team, with a range of people.
    • Responsibilities:
  • You will be directing/creating creative communication solutions for ATL and digital platforms from concept to completion, working with the wider Creative Team.
  • The ideal candidate will have good composition skills and a good knowledge of art directing retouchers and designers.
  • Able to communicate with a team of copywriters, designers, editors, and photographers.
  • You will have the ability and inherent responsibility to match the brand’s tone accurately.
  • You will be driven to push the limits of the creative medium.
    • Requirements:
  • Design degree or equivalent in relevant subject - could be qualified by experience
  • Experience in Art direction, Design and writing retouching briefs.
  • Ability to work with the wider creative team - Copywriters, Digital Designers and Artworkers.
  • Strong conceptual skills coupled with a hands-on’design background.
  • Experience in leading and directing design projects that are beautifully crafted and executed.
  • An outstanding visual portfolio showing you can craft beautiful digital design.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Acute attention to detail

  • Fluency in all Adobe Creative Suite
  • Happy working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment across multiple projects
  • Strong ability to prioritise work based on short and long-term needs
  • Strong aptitude to team work and building solid relationships with creative and account teams
  • Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities at all levels
  • Luxury automotive experience strongly preferred; other automotive experience welcomed
  • Passionate about getting others involved and having fun along the way
