This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Art Director to join a highly successful B2B marketing agency with an international reputation. This is a key role within the strategy team, with a core focus on brand storytelling and multichannel campaignconcepts for international B2B brands. This new role is permanent, full-time, and based in Birmingham with hybrid working 2 days office, and salary £45k-£50k depending on experience.The company Our client is a bilateral B2B marketing agency and business consultancy offering expertise in brand & marketing strategy, creative, PR & communications, digital marketing, and market research & insight. Their talented multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to deliver campaigns, communications, and content through multichannel activity for their impressive list of international clients.The Role As Art Director, you will play a significant part in the strategic team within the agency, coming up with powerful, engaging ideas for multichannel campaigns as well as working on brand proposition and brand development projects. You will take ownershipof your ideas and be a champion of integrated thinking and how ideas and brand stories work across multiple channels and inspire others to take action. You will art direct and manage projects through the design team offering guidance and mentorship where necessary.As a committed and proactive team player you will work closely with clients and the client services team, and ensure all work is delivered with quality and integrity. There is also opportunity to support new business activity with pitch-winning ideas and playyour part in helping raise the creative profile of the agency.About You You have spent significant time in a creative or marketing agency as an Art Director and consider yourself a seasoned problem solver who can push boundaries. Your passion for creative is contagious and you genuinely love presenting ideas and engaging othersthroughout the creative process. You have a background in graphic design and strong experience art directing a multidisciplinary team with your ideas. You have great knowledge and understanding of working with big brands and have a portfolio showing a rangeof compelling work for a variety of clients that demonstrate your skills in brand strategy, concepts/sketching/scamps, as well as graphic design and experience with print, web, social, video. B2B experience is ideal, however, if you have a B2C background itis essential that you can show proven ideas created for B2C brands as well as expressing a desire to work in the B2B sector.Company benefits include:
