Job Description

Art & Design Technology TeacherIf you are a qualified or ECT Art Teacher looking for your next opportunity, We are working with a School in South Birmingham to recruit an experienced or a bright ECT Teacher of Art & Design Technology, who can teach students of mixed abilities through KS3& KS4. Experience in a Secondary setting is essential, as well as experience of teaching to GCSE Level standard, based in a large secondary school, which is culturally diverse, which has good facilities and resources.The ideal candidate for us would have a passion for their subject, advanced practical and theoretical knowledge, experience in the classroom, teaching Art, Resistant Materials and Food Technology . This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an improving School,amongst a strong team of existing teachers and senior leaders. The school are looking for someone to work with them full time, and someone who is open to picking up some general cover lessons.We are looking for:

  • A passionate Teacher of Art/Design Technology (QTS or ECT status)
  • Produce quality lessons and encourage participation
  • Experience working at KS3 & KS4 students
  • Ability to push students to achieve the best results
