Job Description

  • Great Area Sales manager role for someone with an electrical or lighting background.
  • OTE of over £60,000.

Area Sales manager in the lighting and electrical industry.The Role: An outstanding opportunity for an Area Sales manager looking to make the next step in their career for an industry leading company. You will be managing a large amount of electrical wholesaler accounts selling a wide variety ofelectrical products from emergency lighting, lamps and LED flexi strips to RGB controllers and commercial and industrial lighting. The majority of your time will be managing existing accounts with 90% being existing business with electrical wholesalers andyou will be speaking to Branch managers and trade counter staff daily with occasional meetings with Buyers within buying groups. The company is looking to build a focus on targeting contractors as well as managing the wholesale accounts so the ideal candidateswill have to be confident approaching new business.Requirements: To be considered for the area sales manager role you must have:
  • Previous experience in a field sales or account management role.
  • Experience in lighting or electrical industry.
  • Have a full clean drivers licence.
  • Be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Be energetic and driven.
