This is a unique opportunity to join one of the worlds most prestigious digital agencies, and help support a large Mac ecosystem at a 1st and 2nd Line level. Due to ongoing growth, the business are now hiring for an experienced Apple Mac Support Engineer to join their Birmingham team.Client Details

    • Description
  • As the Apple Mac Support Engineer, you will be responsible for 1st and largely 2nd line Mac support, covering problems and incidents, and using your commercial expertise to successfully troubleshoot for end users and maintain core systems.
  • The central focus of the role will be on client-based Mac support for business applications on Mac hardware, including iMacs, iPads and iPhones, but you may also have some involvement in Windows-based support, given that the cross-platform, hybrid environment has a small level of Microsoft technologies. Nevertheless, the bulk of any Microsoft elements will tend to be picked up by other technical specialists, leaving you to dedicate the majority of your focus on the Mac side.
  • You will be working in a support capacity, but as part of the wider IT team, you will also have the benefit of overlapping into additional project work. Its an organisation that really does offer great opportunities for up-skilling and career progression, so you certainly wont be hitting any glass ceilings!
  • Whilst the role can be done remotely, and large parts of it will offer that freedom and flexibility, there may be times where you will be working with the team on-site at Birmingham, so we are looking for applicants locally based within the West Midlands.
