A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a Design Department as a Draughtsman for an aluminium faade company based in Birmingham. The successful applicant will ideally have a background within the aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling industry.The main duties will include preparing and producing work drawings for client approval and site installation purposes, reviewing project designs and specification concepts, liaising with internal design managers and customers and producing design work inaccordance with project programmes whilst working to challenging deadlines to ensure project completion.Ideally you will have experience of communicating with architects, site and design managers and must have experience using AutoCAD 2D and 3D.It is essential you have previous experience of aluminium glazing products including windows, doors and curtain walling, have strong AutoCAD skills including 2D and 3D and knowledge of UK Building Regulations.For more information or to apply please contact Chase Taylor Recruitment quoting reference MM2889.
