The salary depends on experience (£27 - £30k) and is based In Birmingham (post lockdown) and the salary once at AD level is extremely attractive indeed!Our Client Our client is very well established, and houses approx. 50 agency people across creative, consultancy, project management, account direction and development. They work with enterprise-level clients, producing high-end corporate communications, providing clarity and engagement through design and storytelling.Their solutions are underpinned by the depth of research, insight, and strategic planning. The creative output is realised through high-end corporate reports, websites, video, and more. You really get a sense of the strategic focus at this agency, as well as a very happy and motivated team.Their portfolio of clients is currently looked after by 3 Account Directors, with project delivery through a Project Manager, Consultant, creative and artworking studio. Due to the nature of the relationships they have with their clients (and the senior standing of those individuals), they are required to get very close to their clients and develop strong relationships.Due to consistent growth, the agency is creating an Account Management function that will allow for succession planning. This role will take the day to day account management from the Account Directors, whilst working towards becoming an AD within 12-18 months.As this agencys competitive advantage is in their thinking around the message and, whilst their consultancy team are primarily responsible for this, the best Account Managers and Account Directors need to be very well informed too. As a result, the successful candidate will spend 4 to 6 months learning as part of the consultancy team. This is to ensure that the Account Manager:
