Administrator / Administration (Maternity FTC) - Working from HomeLocation: UK HomebasedSalary: £19,000 - £21,000Why do we want youWe are looking for a highly organised Administrator who has a pro-active approach to work. You will need strong administration skills and confidence speaking to internal and external stakeholders.A large part of your role will include formatting course materials and updating courses on our e-learning platform so you will need to be confident in the use of all Microsoft office packages, have great attention to detail and are confident working to your own initiative.While this is a fixed term contract for maternity cover, there is for potential for this to become permanent at the end of term.A bit about us.Wilmington plc is a company with a difference. AMTs clients include all of the worlds top ten investment banks and the firm has offices in New York, London, and Hong Kong.Key Duties & Responsibilities (Administration / Administrator):

  • Ensure the formatting of course materials adhere to AMT branding guidelines. This includes PowerPoint and word formatting
  • Prepare course materials and e-materials for all AMT courses globally.
  • Ensure publication orders for courses are sent out correctly and on time
  • Assist with maintaining and building courses on our e-learning platform
  • Update AMTs CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Support the delivery of Webinars (Prepping the room, uploading online materials etc..)
  • Format marketing, client meeting, RFP presentation documents
  • Send out pre-learning as per the clients request
  • To monitor and sort store publication orders.
  • Answer queries and questions from CSMs and trainers
  • Assist with other materials based ad hoc responsibilities
We always support colleagues to develop their skills but to be successful in this job you really do need to already be able to tick most of these boxes...We know its not a skill, but the successful candidate must have permission to work in the roles location by the start of their employment.What you will also need for this Administration / Administrator role;
  • Experience in an office/administrative based role
  • Experience of using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word extensively (advanced Microsoft PowerPoint 2010, intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word 2010)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel 2010
  • Good knowledge of MS Outlook
  • Intermediate Adobe Acrobat knowledge - desirable
