Job Title: Administrator (Apprenticeships)Location: BirminghamSalary: £25,138 - £25,742 per annum - SS2.Job type: Full-time, Fixed-Term (Up to 12 Months)University College Birmingham works in partnership with the University of Warwick - Ranked eighth in the 2023 Guardian League Tables and 10th in the UK in the QS World University rankings 2023.The Role:University College Birmingham is looking to recruit an Administrator to work within our Central Apprenticeship Team.This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with proven administration experience and sound knowledge of compliance and quality assurance processes to assist in both the employer and apprentice journey.You will support on the administration of the delivery of apprenticeships at University College Birmingham aligning to the overall business plan with a particular focus on providing administrative support and services across the Centre for Apprenticeshipsincluding on-boarding, monitoring, and funding compliance. This will include generating and processing accurate data and general administrative tasks including answering enquiries both in person and on the phone.You will be required to work with (University) Schools, and the Learning and Skills Development Coaches/Clinical Practitioners, to ensure direct support for on-boarding and a range of associated compliance requirements are understood and processed to enableapprenticeship starts, in-learning activities and completions to be processed successfully in line with current funding agency guidance.This is a full-time, fixed-term position and the post-holder must be prepared to offer flexibility in line with the needs of the role.This is an office-based role in Birmingham City Centre.Benefits:
