Job Description

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well established, professional organisation based in Birmingham. Our client are looking for an administrator on a temporary basis to start immediately. Summary The purpose of the role is to support the Procurement team with all administration tasksDuties and Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the identification and evaluation processes of suppliers
  • Supporting the documentation and maintenance of team processes
  • Producing and maintaining reports
  • Raising requisitions, receipting purchase orders, supporting invoice management processes including producing supplier spend
Skills and Experience
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to maintain strong working relationships
Package and benefits
  • £11.32 per hour
  • Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm - 35 hours per week
