Job Description

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established, dynamic organisation based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving fast-paced environment as an Administrator.Summary Responsible for full administrative support to senior management, dealing with internal and external enquiries from stakeholdersDuties & Responsibilities

  • Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders via phone and email
  • Ensuring that all information is logged onto the system for senior management review
  • Adhering to KPI’s and SLA’s
  • Billing and Invoicing
  • Attending meetings
Skills and experience
  • Excellent administrative and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Working as part of a team
Package and benefits
  • 9.00 am-5.30 pm - Monday - Friday
  • 20 days holiday rising to 25 after 3 Years’ service
