We are looking for an individual with high attention to detail and enthusiasm for whatEngineius is trying to achieve.Operations Administrator Key Responsibilities:Booking movements on the system and interpreting information from Air Table including processing checks on new suppliers and making bookings directly with collection and delivery sites both via email and on the telephone.Expense approval and processing; speaking with suppliers where required to manage and minimise expense queries.Inbox management; booking movement requests and general enquiries from customers and suppliersTrade plate administration; recording and processing dataWhat Characteristics Are We Looking For our Operations AdministratorA genuine desire to take responsibility, rather than wanting to stay under the radar, and a person who wants to grow this role rather than stand still.A fast learner: wanting to take on new challenges, with the understanding that learning from mistakes is crucial.Resilience: both customers and drivers can often be demanding, but they will be thankful once you have solved their problems.Ability to maintain strong attention to detail despite working in a fast-paced environment.Positive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude to work.We are flexible on prior experience, but it would be beneficial to be able to demonstrate a proven record of:Business Administration.Attention to detail and the ability to follow complex processes.What You Can Expect:Normal working hours will be 40 hours per week.You will be required to work on a shift pattern basis to cover the operational hours of the business Monday to Friday 0730-1930.Working location 37 Temple Street, Somerset House, Birmingham, B2 5DP.
