Administrator - Removals Company

  • Rates of Pay:
£21 to £23K dependent on experience plus bonusAbout The Company:They are a local removal & storage company based in Halesowen, Birmingham. It is part of a larger group with depots in Manchester, Stafford & Leicester. They are the experts in all aspects of moving - home removals, storage, International Moving as well asOffice and Commercial removals.Job DescriptionThe position will be based in our Halesowen office forming part of our team providing great customer service to our customers. Dealing with our customers via our web enquiries, web chat and telephone will be a key part of the role, excellent communication skillsare essential. Attention to detail will also be important with the successful candidate working on quotations, invoices and booking surveys.Duties & Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
  • Dealing with Web Enquiries, Telephone Enquiries, Live Chat Enquiries
  • Booking Sales Appointments
  • Quote Production
  • Taking Bookings and explaining our Insurances and Waivers
  • Liaising with the customer throughout the moving process
  • Ensuring that all paperwork is in place for European and International moves
  • Invoice Production
  • Gathering Customer Feedback Data
  • Completion of a Purchase Order Log
  • Production of basic accounts information
