Administrator Based in Birmingham£26k-£28kHere at Howells, we are working with a leading, UK contractor to find a successful and proactive Administrator.Working in the Social Housing sector, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop your customer service and organisational skills by tackling several different tasks at once. As an Administrator, you will support the branch with a variety of generaladmin suties.We are looking for someone who enjoys a varied and busy role, and will be happy to support other team members where necessary.As the Administrator, you will provide general administration support to the branch including; Processing Health & Safety and Compliance Paperwork, updating the Health & Safety Matrix, Administration for PAT Testing, calibration and PPE checks, raising/allocatingpurchase orders, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, ordering and monitoring of stationery/uniform/PPE/ID Cards, dealing with telephone enquiries and effectively maintaining of office files.Further key elements of the role are to; support with managing waste data/transfer notes, composing and sending letters, maintaining the Asset Register and assisting with Planning of work, Fleet Management- Booking of services, MOT, Repairs, Accident Tracking,Processing of POS. Holiday -Processing of holiday requests and keeping records up to date.
