Our Public Sector client based in Saltley, Birmingham, is currently looking for an Administration Support Assistant to support their Maintenance Depot Team. This will be Monday to Friday, usually 9.00am to 5.30pm however the successful candidate must havea degree of flexibility in line with the needs of the business which may mean working later in the evening or earlier in the morning than these hours. This will be an ongoing temporary assignment, paying £11.60 per hour. Currently this role has a hybrid workingmodel, enabling home working but also some on site working will be required.The successful worker will need to provide administrative support to the team. This role requires great attention to detail as your main responsibility will be data entry, inputting and updating their planning system. This is very much a co-ordination task,where you use their ordering/processing system to ensure that everything is ordered and processed correctly.Having previous Railways experience would be very beneficial for this role.You should have good literacy and communication skills to be able to deal with both internal and external stakeholders, and you must also be proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.Please note this role will require a DBS check, completed at our cost and three years referencing.
