Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to work within a warehouse based office environment for our client near Birmingham City Centre.Responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator:

  • Liaising with customers by telephone, face to face (occasionally) and on email.
  • Completing online customer security checks to verify customer orders and payments.
  • Chasing overdue payments and producing excel reports.
  • Processing customer payments, refunds, and any other accounts administration duties.
Key skills required:
  • Experience of accounts with a basic understanding of the working environment.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Reliable can do attitude.
  • Good written & verbal communication skills.
  • PC and numerate literate.
  • Team Player but happy to work on own initiative.
  • Remain calm under pressure.
Hours of work are:08.30am-17.00pm Monday to Friday with 30 minutes lunch break. Occasional holiday cover for late shift working 10.45am to 19.15pm. Holiday entitlement is 28 days which will increase to 33 after 12 week trial period.
