Our success is largely due to us working in partnership with our clients and providing an honest and professional service.We have two offices (Birmingham & Leicester.) Our Head office is in The Custard Factory in Digbeth.We are now looking for some more superstars to join the team with the addition of some Account Managers to support our existing clients.The Role As an Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on dedicated accounts, with no cold calling required.You will be comfortable managing multiple business relationships with existing clients at once, handling their recruitment from start to finish.Reporting to your team leader, you will be supporting them whilst learning the role. You will be trained on how to understand a job specification, how to identify suitable candidates, advertise a job role on various advertising and social media channels,arrange interviews between candidates and companies, take job offers, and deal with any negotiations.
