Job Description

Recruitment Account Manager (All levels)- Birmingham, West midlands£22,000 - £30,000 per annum Basic (Depends on experience) + CommissionThe CompanyWhat a great time to join CV Bay! Our success is largely due to us working in partnership with our clients and providing an honest and professional service.We have two offices (Birmingham & Leicester.) Our Head office is in The Custard Factory in Digbeth.We are now looking for some more superstars to join the team with the addition of some Account Managers to support our existing clients.The Role As an Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on dedicated accounts, with no cold calling required.You will be comfortable managing multiple business relationships with existing clients at once, handling their recruitment from start to finish.Reporting to your team leader, you will be supporting them whilst learning the role. You will be trained on how to understand a job specification, how to identify suitable candidates, advertise a job role on various advertising and social media channels,arrange interviews between candidates and companies, take job offers, and deal with any negotiations.

  • Sourcing candidates from various sources including job boards, social media, networking, or our excellent internal CRM database.
  • Screening candidates through phone calls/ video calls/ face-to-face interviews
  • Managing the recruitment process from registering the candidate on the system, to supporting them through interviews, and following up with aftercare once successfully placing them in a role.
  • Raise all contracts and electronic paperwork necessary for a Contract worker to start their new role.
  • To conduct Pre-Employment Verification Checks and ensure the correct Insurances are held.
  • To provide a professional On-Boarding structure and answer the candidates queries.
Experience
  • Strong administration skills, ideally with recruitment experience
  • Highly organised, with diary/inbox management experience
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams
  • Able to work independently with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Able to effectively manage workload
  • Ability to closely follow stringent procedures and policies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • A team player able to work on own initiative but comfortable to escalate and ask for direction when required.
  • Confident, bubbly & hard working
The package we offer includes:
  • Competitive Basic Salary c£22,000-£30,000 basic (DOE) + commission
  • Regular salary reviews based on your individual performance (targets are set every 6 to 12 months and salary is increased when these milestones are achieved)
  • Commission paid monthly
  • Full time hours are 38 hours per week. Our core working hours are 8 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.30 am to 3.00 pm on Fridays (We can offer flexible working and part time hours if required)
