Job Description

Role Introduction OverviewWe are looking for an experienced ABMer to join our customer marketing team who understands how to execute and manage ABM campaigns at both a 121 and Cluster level at scale across our markets.You will be a good curious marketer with business acumen and strong stakeholder management skills.This role will lead the execution of ABM programs to meet the growth objectives of the business, with a strong emphasis on driving pipeline generation, revenue and improving retention. What You Will Do

  • Responsibilities
    • Strategy: Roll out the defined ABM strategy and operating model that will support growth of Advanced
    • Lead Generation: Responsible for a number. Execute a blended ABM demand gen model across the marketing funnel from brand awareness through to consideration, successful closing, and advocacy
    • Content Development: Understand the customer journey and create customised content to help guide customers through the buying cycle
    • Execution: Develop and execute content marketing, email, paid, social and other outreach efforts to engage target accounts
    • Marketing Performance: Manage metrics-driven budget planning, execution, and continuous ROI analysis.
    • Best practice: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in ABM and share insights with the broader marketing team
What You Will Have
  • Experience/Attributes
    • A strong track record in ABM marketing working closely with sales teams in executing programs that accelerates pipeline, driving retention, and customer engagement
    • Solid understanding and experience of a ABM tech stack preferably Tech Target
    • Clear track record and understanding of solution-based marketing communications
    • Demonstrated self-starter with an ability to manage and motivate staff
    • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to optimize marketing efforts
    • In-depth understanding of sales – what drives salespeople, how to communicate with them, and the details of the sales process – supporting the need to drive to a quarterly number
  • Qualifications:Basic:
    • Proven professional experience in the tech industry
    • Proven experience in ABM marketing roles and qualifications a bonus
    • Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders within a matrix organisation and working well with Sales
    • Experience in Software industry
    • Marketo experience is a plus
