ROLE: NETWORK 3RD LINE ANALYSTWORKING WEEK HOURS IN TOTAL: 35 HOURS A WEEK SHIFT HOURS: 8AM TO 5PM (IDEALLY) OR 7AM TO 3PM OR 10AM TILL 6PMHYBRID WORKING: BIRMINGHAM (3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE AND 2 DAYS AT HOME PER WEEK)TYPE: PERMSALARY: £35K TO £45K (GREAT BENEFITS)MUST HAVE RIGHT TO WORK WITHOUT RESTRICTIONSSeeking a highly skilled and motivated Analyst to join our dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our organizations network infrastructure. This permanent opportunity will see you responsible for managing the deliveryof networking and infrastructure services across the estate, providing our support centres, pubs and restaurants and our mobile employees with the best possible service whilst ensuring the estate has the best possible Wi-Fi and broadband solutions available.You will be a subject matter expert and work in partnership with our internal Service & Systems, Architecture, Security & Governance teams to implement standards and policies, and ensure compliance against agreed standards and policies. Youll be part ofa wider team of internal Infrastructure specialists, reporting into the Technical Services Manager and will also be working closely with a variety of third-party vendors across the estate.What will I be doing
