Transformation Lead£44,606 - £50,518Birmingham B37 7YN HYBRIDPermanent, Full Time, 37 hours per weekThis is an exciting opportunity to join the Transformation Team who are delivering a customer-led change programme driving improvements to our clients culture, services and products.They are looking for someone with energy and enthusiasm who is passionate about delivering positive change. You will be working alongside their Project Management Team to drive their transformation programme.This role involves working across all areas of the business, using data to diagnose areas for improvement, working with colleagues to develop improvement plans and design solutions. You will be key to the project team assuming the role of Business Analyst,developing and delivering the right solution and ensuring that the benefits are realised and sustained.In addition, you will support colleagues to understand, adopt and embed a continuous improvement culture across the company.In return they will provide you with interesting experiences, encourage you to innovate and give you the opportunity to make a positive difference in their society.This role offers hybrid working. You will be able to work from home, but you must also be able to work in their Offices as and when required.In Transformation you can make a real difference, the role of Transformation Lead will involve:

  • Obtaining and analysing data to identify areas for improvement and to support decision making by business leaders
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the business to design innovative and creative solutions to solve business problems
  • Ensuring that design solutions meet the needs of customers, colleagues and regulatory requirements
  • Defining and communicating requirements to colleagues and ensuring that these are delivered
  • Identifying and defining benefits to be delivered
  • Running workshops in person, on line and hybrid to deliver project objectives
  • Working with the business to ensure that improvements and benefits are embedded and sustained
