Job Description

  • Maintaining budgetary monitoring within the financial systems, processing and recording purchase orders and invoices, taking receipt of documentation to convert the written recommendations into actions with appropriate schedule of rate items, costs and timescalesprovided.
  • Manage follow up on active remedial actions and seek confirmation of current status from both in house and external suppliers, assurance that completed works and actions are accurately recorded on in house systems.
  • The person for this role will need to be well organised, meticulous, and thorough.
