In housing you can make a real difference, the role of Neighbourhood Officer will involve:Overseeing tenancy management and estate issuesDealing with Anti-Social behaviour from minor reports to serious cases, and actively be involved in multi - agency work to resolve issuesDealing with sensitive safeguarding mattersCarrying our regular block and estate inspectionsInvolvement in the management of new build properties for all tenancy management issuesConducting tenancy reviews for all properties within the allocated patchReviewing service charges and depreciationAs Neighbourhood Officer, we need you to have:Ability to carry out interviews to discuss sensitive customer issuesExcellent I.T SkillsAbility to develop successful professional relationships with partners to achieve positive outcomesWillingness and ability to work flexibly and to attend meetings and other events outside normal business hours to meet the needs of the serviceAbility to adapt positively to change and be resilient to challengesHighly self-motivated and be able to act with integrityCurrent clean driving licence and access to a carWe would be excited if you have:Experience working with a Social Housing Provider or similar customer facing roleAbility to be innovative and look for ways to improve customer experience
