Job Description

IT Administrator - Solihull, B37Part of LSL Property Services plc, PRIMIS Mortgage Network are a market leading Mortgage Network within the Financial Service sector. Based within our Solihull offices located on the Birmingham Business Park, we are looking to recruit an Administrator to support our very busy IT development team. The role duties would include -Provision of administration support to the IT Development team / IT helpdesk teamAssistance with project management of the company’s core business applications and to ensure that all work is carried out and delivered in line with our policies and procedures and in line with our project roadmaps.Assist with the maintenance and creation of policies and processes ensuring record keeping standards are met in accordance with policy guidelines and to support the achievement of operational service levels.To support the successful completion of IT development project deliverables in line with department process and proceduresSelection criteria -Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keepingStrong written and verbal communication skillsAble to work effectively within a team and/or own initiativeAbility to listen understand and interpret requirements for project related customer development.Excellent written and oral communication ensuring a professional approach to all communication.Analysis and interpretation of dataExcellent knowledge of Microsoft office tools that allow for the monitoring and planning of administrative tasksThe roleis based on the Birmingham Business Park, B37 with the hours being 9 - 530 A combination of Home Working / Office Working is possible with this roleSalary £20,000 - £22,000 DOE NegotiableIf you are interested in applying for this position please forward your CV with covering letter in confidenceWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
