Due to head office relocation, we require an ICT Support Technician, on a fixed term 3 month basis, to assist with daily IT operations. Youll be an internal touchpoint for ICT related queries and issues - you will striveto provide the best solutions. The Ideal CandidateYoull ideally have previous experience working on an ICT service desk for a multi-site business and be available to start work immediately/shortly. You willhave broad knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals, Microsoft software and IP network technologies.Youll be flexible, adaptable, proactive and work hard to ensure user satisfaction and internal customer service levels are consistently high.
