Job Description

Customer Experience Business Partner (Housing)Up to £37,551 per annum (depending on experience)Home Based with to travel to West/East Midlands and Lincolnshire areas if requiredPermanent, Full Time Are you passionate about Customer Experience and can help us make a differenceOur client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Business Partner to join their friendly fast paced team.This is an exciting time to join the Customer Experience team and work with other areas of the business to support them in the implementation of service improvements as a result of customer feedback ensuring that customers are heard, understood and receivean outstanding end to end customer journey.This role is critical to enabling the business to deliver a seamless customer experience across all departments and learn from customer complaints and feedback.This is a varied opportunity where you will be analysing trends in customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction and completing root cause analysis from complaints and satisfaction data. There will also be a strong focus to ensure service improvements and learning’stake place and positive change happens as a result.They are looking for people who are:

  • Able to use customer complaints and feedback to improve services.
  • Able to produce root cause analysis and deliver timely reports from various databases to the business.
  • A key influencer in working with colleagues and external stakeholders in large organisation
  • Not afraid to challenge status quo
  • Able to communicate with colleagues at all levels with the ability to inspire and motivate a wide range of people to ensure that change happens
  • It is essential that you have a driving license for this role, and you will also need to undergo a DBS check prior to your employment.
Please note that although this role is home based you will also be required to attend meetings at their Worcester/Solihull office and on occasion may be required to visit customer homes as part of some case investigations (these can be anywhere within thegeography of their housing stock)Some of the great benefits they can offer you:
