Job Description

Shipping AdministratorExport TeamBirkenheadPermanent22-24KWe are currently working with a manufacturing company based in Birkenhead in finding an experienced Sales / Shipping Administrator to join their busy team. You provide excellent customer service skills within the Export department.The job

  • Providing quotations, order acknowledgements and invoices
  • Customer queries regarding orders, billing and despatch
  • Raise dangerous goods notes and purchase orders
  • Prepare all correct legislative paperwork to export goods following strict procedures
  • Provide excellent customer support keeping accurate order notes
  • Prepare despatch in a timely manner liaising with transport companies
  • Continually look at ways to improve customer service procedures and polices
  • Develop a knowledge and understanding of companies products and services
    • Experience required
  • Up to date knowledge of the current transport and shipping regulations and protocols
  • Excellent understanding of IT systems and MS office
  • Strong organisation and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
