Meridian Business Support are working with the local authority, they require a highly experienced Senior Capital Accountant to work in their offices in Birkenhead, Merseyside.Senior Capital Accountant - £43.42 per hourHours of work: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.15pmLocation: Birkenhead, MerseysideStart date: 29th April 2024 (6 month contract) possible extensionBenefits:

This role is a mixture of office based and hybrid work for the perfect candidate (Capital Accountant). Responsibilities:

The Senior Capital Accountant will be responsible for the accurate management and reporting of the local authoritys capital expenditure, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.
The role will support the effective use of resources and provide advice to budget holders and senior management.
