Job Description

Quality Assurance OfficerI am recruiting for a Quality Assurance (QA) Officer within specialist healthcare business based in North West of England. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing organisation. The role will support product manufacture soa degree of flexibility to working is required.Purpose of the Role of Quality Assurance Officer ( QA Officer)

  • Batch documentation review for preparation for product release.
  • Administration of the eQMS, including updating SOPs.
  • Production of works orders and certificates of release documentation
  • Provide Quality support in manufacturing, packaging operations and warehouse
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers for issues, investigations and projects
  • Support artwork management pending customer requests
  • Updating specifications and Bills of Material
  • Conduct environmental monitoring of the facility in concordance to the schedule and procedure.
  • To ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards where applicable
Requirements of the Quality Assurance Officer (QA Officer)
  • Experience working in a QA role in Pharmaceutical, Food, FMCG
  • Knowledge of all relevant practices associated with site GMP,
  • Knowledge of processing, production and packing methods for products
  • Good communication skills to ensure information is taken, used and given at all levels for maximum benefit to the business.
  • Apprenticeship development of Quality skills within the role.
Education
  • Educated to degree/HND/HNC level in technical discipline
