Job Description

Data Strategy LeadWe are partnered with a NfP organisation who are looking for a Data Strategy Lead to drive the strategy and vision across the organisation to become a data-driven organisation.You will develop and implement a data strategy to progress the larger business objectives of increasing the value they derive from their dataSalary: circa £67,000 + bonus and excellent benefits!Agile / Hybrid working - 2 days onsite pwLocation: BirkenheadContract: PermanentAs a Data Strategy Lead, you will:

  • Drive the development and implementation of comprehensive data strategies, ensuring the integration of data analytics, business intelligence, and data governance frameworks across the organisation
  • Lead the adoption of innovative technologies, establish data-driven best practices, and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making
  • Work with cross functional teams to increase the quality and value derived from data to drive operational efficiencies and meet business objectives and goals
  • Embed operational and strategic performance indicators by providing a range of reporting tools
  • Champion a data-driven culture across the organisation by promoting the value and benefits of data-driven decision-making
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust reporting frameworks and methodologies
  • Define and implement an analytics operating model that supports the organisations strategic goals and objectives
  • Establish standardised processes and tools for data acquisition, integration, analysis, and visualisation
  • Build successful relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally to promote data and intelligence adoption and engagement
A successful Data Strategy Lead will have:
  • Experience in delivering data governance initiatives and data strategies
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data management and best-practice
  • Experience delivering data-driven culture change
  • Good leadership and stakeholder management skills to build relationships across an organisation
