1st Line IT Support Technician is required to join one of the UKs leading suppliers of legal services to the insurance industry. As a long-standing client, they have proven many times how much they value their staff offering regular opportunities for progression, development and training.In the role of 1st Line Support Technician, youll need to think outside the box in this fast-paced environment as you will be providing both onsite and remote technical support for the user. You will also be required to troubleshoot issues and train users within this busy service desk environment for issues relating to laptop, printer, mobile device, operating systems, software.The successful 1st Line Support Technician will need a sound technical grounding, including a good understanding of networking principles and Microsoft server and desktop environments. Excellent communication, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills are a must. Personally, candidates will need to demonstrate reliability and a willingness to solve client demands, have a keenness for new experiences, responsibility and accountability, the ability to establish good working relationships with customers (users) and fellow colleague, and be able to prioritise tasks whilst maintaining a clear customer focused approach.
