About The RoleWe now have an opportunity for a ambitious Procurement Business Partner to manage indirect spend and supplier activity, principally within Property and Facilities Management.In this exciting new role you’ll work closely with the Head of Property to develop a programme of work and deliver an effective and timely end to end procurement service to consistently achieve value for money. This will involve analysingProperty and Facilities related annual spend data, supplier and spend consolidation and identifying and implementing process improvements.Working across multiple projects and deadlines, you’ll use your contract and supplier management skills to full effect including the measurement of performance through KPI’s and scorecard metrics.A trusted and credible business partner, you’ll work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify, plan and implement procurement strategies as part of wider business planning activities. One of your key stakeholders will be the in-house Building Surveyor who you will work closely with to determinewhich tenderer is the most suitable to undertake and execute projects in the most cost efficient and effective way.About The CandidateWe’ll provide you with the freedom to act and the opportunity to develop so we’re looking for people who enjoy taking the initiative, are self-motivated with a drive to succeed.You’ll need to be MCIPS qualified (or equivalent) with extensive category management experience within Property/FM and able to demonstrate a successful proven track record in developing and delivering sourcing and procurement strategies.Additionally you will bring:
