Youll lead, develop and manage strategy development and implementation in line with the Cavendish Nuclear Consultancy Growth Plans. Take ownership for Consultancy growth campaigns, tenderopportunities and operational excellence across the Consultancy business.Day to day, youll provide industry leading support and solutions to a wide range of customers and provides a platform to support the future strategy and growth of the business. It is imperative that the Consultancy Business develops an executable and measurablestrategic business plan that aligns with the overarching Cavendish Nuclear Strategic Plan. This role provides hybrid working but will also require weekly travel.Essential experience* Extensive experience in the civil nuclear industry* Experience of developing and maintaining key customer relationships* Sound financial understanding - previous P&L responsibility* Experience in market research, business and commercial mechanisms and processes, data and proposals analysis skills* Strong strategic market knowledge including international and/or other Energy sectors* Ability to work collaboratively with key internal and external leaders, partners, suppliers and customersWhat we offerGenerous benefits including:* Generous holiday allowance of 25 days plus 8 bank holidays.
