Job Description

Customer Service/SchedulerTemporary Immediate starts - 12 months minimum contractAre you dynamic and practical with the enthusiasm to manage a wide range of customer interactions With our growing service portfolio, were looking for a Customer Support Despatcher/Scheduler to join our clients existing team based in Birchwood Warrington!You will report directly to the Team Lead, working with a team of Customer Support Advisors and Customer Managers. Duties: * Providing first-line customer communication, ensuring execution to the scope of contracts and customer commitments, coordinating the customer relationship, and seeking aftermarket sales * First-line technical support to customers and be the prime interface between customers and Technical Support * Supporting Customer Managers in resolving customer issues * Communicating effectively with all departments, to maintain a good level of interaction with the field and within the office * Transact business, notifications, service orders, quotations, etc. on SAP. Actively seek and identify parts sales, aftermarket sales options, and upgradesRequirements* Enthusiastic and able to stay motivated in busy times * Problem-solving mentality, able to get things done * Focused and eager for improvement * Structured and accurate * Great communications skills both written and oral * Enjoy working as part of a team, as well as being able to work with no supervision.Competencies* Strong Customer service skills* Resilient and able to stay motivated in busy times* Problem-solving mentality, able to get things done* Proactive and eager for improvement* Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues across the UK, Ireland and further* You should be thoroughly familiar with Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Salesforce skills are an advantage but not essential

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong technical education (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Computing) with previous experience in a customer-facing position for example customer service or technical support, although this is not essential.
  • Familiarity with wind turbines or rotating machinery, plant, processes, or systems would be an advantage.
Working hoursMonday to Friday 08.00am until 16.30pm with 1-2 days hybrid working per week37.30 hours per weekInterested Please click apply!
