Job Description

Associate Bid Writer [PERMENANT POSITION]Recruitment Agency Reference: 60761460£30-35k p/annumNorth WestDue to extension within the department, a position has arisen for an Associate Bid Writer to join a well-established Nuclear Engineering Consultancy in the North West of England.The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading storyboard sessions with the Bid Team and Key Stakeholders
  • Composing bid responses to specific tender questions
  • Proactively developing and managing a network of subject matter experts (SMEs)
  • Assisting the Bid Manager in developing a proposal structure
  • Identifying and re-working existing pre-written content when necessary
  • Delivering completed written bid responses to the Bid Manager against agreed RFP deadlines, escalating issues as required
    • Required candidate experience:
  • Educated to Degree level
  • An effective and efficient communicator
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office
  • 3 years’ experience in Bid Writing
    • Beneficial candidate experience:
  • Technically proficient/qualified
  • 5 years’ experience in Bid Writing
