We offer a range of wound care technologies and all our products are manufactured in ISO certified clean rooms in line with the highest standardsof care.SFMs aim is to successfully deliver innovative, cost effective and quality products and solutions into the advanced wound care industry with an ultimate aim of improving patient care and wellbeing.Production Planning Assistant - The role:Currently an exciting opportunity has arisen for motivated and dynamic Production Planning Assistant to join and support Operations team.Duties to include:
  • Update customer order information.
  • Maintenance of stock control records.
  • Maintain and modify Excel spreadsheets used within Operations and as part of the MRP process.
  • Manage stock takes in accordance with established procedures and ensure accurate stock figures are reported to Finance monthly.
  • Support in production planning.
  • Filing production records.
Production Planning Assistant - The Candidate:Key skills / abilities:
  • Demonstrable experience of advanced Excel techniques is necessary.
  • Experience in manufacturing stock control and maintaining stock records is necessary.
  • Previous experience in data entry is necessary.
  • Previous manufacturing environment experience is necessary.
  • Experience of excel based stock management system is necessary.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data into Excel spreadsheets.
  • Previous experience of assisting production planning would be beneficial.
  • Experience in the Medical device industry is not necessary but would be beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience of ERP implementation would be beneficial.
