  • Degree level education in Business/ HR/ Computer Science / Information systems, or equivalent.
  • Analytical and numerate with a high degree of problem solving and technical ability.
  • 2-3 years post-graduate experience working on large complex systems (such as PeopleSoft/ SAP).
  • Good understanding of HR function and processes.
  • Functional knowledge and experience of HRIS modules and landscape including system flows, structure, relationships, application interfaces and security.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to advise on system related issues and activity and build good relationships with business customers at all levels.
  • Experience of a helpdesk/customer support service would be beneficial.
What will I be doing in the roleOur HR Systems Analysts are really important to our success and a critical part of our customers and employees positive experience with us.In this role you will;
  • Employ skillset to resolve problems/ issues with the systems as they arise
  • Maintain and improve the PeopleSoft HR /Global Payroll system with specific focus on system configuration, integrity, security and issue resolution.
  • Provide quality customer experiences through expert systems advice, guidance and collaboration.
  • Participate in projects for new functionality and digital solutions in line with business objectives to ensure the optimisation of people processes through technology.
