Youll be working for Pasquillin Coventry. Pasquill specialises in the production of timber engineered products to the construction industry and is the largest supplier of trussed rafters in the UK. As a quick learner, youll be flexible to work in different areas, take responsibility for the work you do and always showgood attention to detail. Full training will be provided, but there are some specific skills we are looking for from suitable candidates;* Good communication skills* Willing to learn* Excellent attention to detail* Good organisational skills* Pursuing a career in graphic designADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSWhat will I be doing in the role* Responsible for booking in all new jobs from the designers into MBA and schedule future deliveries onto production schedule* Print off all jobs including any drawings or plans and any other paperwork required* Responsible for maintaining systems and paperwork* Maintain purchase order records - ordering, booking in goods and PODs received* Maintain and replenish sufficient levels of stock to meet customer and branch demands* Authorising invoicing and resolving abeyances received within agreed timescales* Support the smooth running of the office* Dealing with customer queries to ensure they are sorted quickly resulting in no delay in Pasquill being paid * Use of Cold Client/Columbus to look into account queries* Assist with the company stock takes when required.
