Not everyone is expected to do that in the first year but if you work hard, follow the training and listen to the mentors you should achieve earnings in the region of £70,000 - £90,000 in your first year or if you are extremely competitive, try and beat the target set by last year’s best sales newcomer and you can then take home £130,000 + too.The client is an International Sales and marketing company based in Kuala Lumpur and has offices scattered around the Asia region. Their main focus is penetrating the European and African markets on behalf of their clients by launching new exciting products for them in these regions. It’s an extremely fast paced, competitive and exciting environment with multiple campaigns running simultaneously. The sales floor is electric and extremely noisy with sales pro’s fully focused on hitting their personal targets.The position will require you to relocate to Asia and therefore the client will provide a fantastic package to assist you with the move and to settle in smoothly in the region. They will provide you with your flights, impressive apartment in up-market city locations and a very competitive commission structure.
