Job Description

Established client in the Billingshurst area seek an experienced Bookkeeper to join their existing team. Reporting to the MD this role will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Manage sales, purchase and nominal ledger
  • Raising sales ledger invoices
  • Cash allocation
  • Preparing monthly reports and assisting with management accounts
  • Reconciliations
  • Supplier payments
  • Credit control
  • Dealing with supplier and customer queries
  • Reconciling credit card statements
  • VAT returns
  • Assisting with fleet management
  • Renewing of memberships and subscriptions
Ideal candidate will have good all round accounts experience and will be self-motivated, capable of prioritising, detail orientated and organised. Strong knowledge of Sage 50 is essential as well as experience in management accounts. This is a great opportunityfor someone looking to grow and in time take on more responsibility.
